The 16th of September Izumi Hongo and her (life)partner Thomas Verdeyen opened their first Van Hongo shop in Belgium. Until now the young Belgian label only had points of sale in Tokyo and Chicago. The designer Izumi decided to make her atelier in the back of the shop, so she can be saleswoman in her own store.
